Refunds: Within the specified return period, you can request a refund for any item purchased. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and includes all the original contents.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Valid Purchase Order: To initiate a return, you must provide a valid original purchase order number from mokiyoga.com. If the purchase was made through a different seller, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Packaging and Contents: Returned products must be in their original packaging, with no missing contents, to be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping: Unless otherwise stated by our support team, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except for Elite and Executive rewards members.

Product Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product cost. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation: We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation when sending back your return package. Lovesleepers.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages during transit.

Prepaid Return Label: Please be aware that the prepaid return label is not available for international returns.
